Manage and Delete Your Data

Disconnect a service, revoke access, request an export, or ask Pilo to delete eligible information. Disconnecting and deleting are separate actions, so you can choose the outcome you need.

Disconnect Google Workspace in Pilo

An organization owner can open My Organization, choose Integrations, open Google Workspace, and select Disconnect. This stops new Gmail and Google Calendar synchronization and prevents new email or calendar actions through that connection.

Revoke access from your Google Account

Visit Google Account third-party connections and remove Pilo. This prevents Pilo from accessing new Google data even if you cannot reach the Pilo workspace.

Request deletion, export, access, or correction

Email [email protected] with the subject Pilo Data Request. State whether you want access, export, correction, or deletion, and include the Pilo organization name and connected Google email address if known. Do not send passwords, security codes, API keys, or other credentials.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete stored data

Disconnecting stops future access and actions. Previously synchronized communications, calendar context, attachments, accepted business evidence, and audit records may remain until you make a verified deletion request or the applicable retention period ends. This separation helps prevent accidental loss of customer and job history.

What a verified Google data request covers

Depending on the request and the organization's legal obligations, Pilo will delete or de-identify eligible information under its control, including:

A request may affect customer records, jobs, invoices, accepted communications, or audit history controlled by the Pilo organization. Pilo may need to coordinate with the organization owner before deleting those business records. Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, dispute handling, or backup rotation.

Verification, support access, and confirmation

Pilo verifies the requester's identity and authority before exporting or deleting data. Support personnel access connected data only with explicit permission when needed to resolve the request, investigate abuse or a security incident, or comply with law. Pilo will confirm the request, identify any records that must be retained, and provide completion or status information after processing.

Meta and Facebook data

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or a Meta Page, use the same request process. Include the Pilo organization, connected Page or profile if known, and the email address associated with the connection. You can also remove Pilo through Facebook's Settings & privacy, Settings, and Apps and websites controls.
